We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and friendly service. We're really focused on customer service, and we want to get it right. We'll stick to you like glue until you're happy, because that is the way it should be. We promise to do whatever it takes to make you happy. Do keep in mind that our items are handcrafted; therefore, expect slight variations in size and possibly appearance. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item, or need to talk to us for any reason, please email us and we will be happy to help.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or to limit the number of items purchased (in the case of a custom order). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Sizing:
Although I make every effort in pattern drafting to maintain consistent sizing, some discrepancy in sizing can occur and not all items in our product line follow the same sizing guidelines. Additionally, most of our products are made to last many seasons and may seem large at first. This ensures that your child has ample growing room -- we want to be sure that you're getting your money's worth! You will often be asked to supply us with some general measurements to be sure that the items you order are made to fit. These numbers are then used to select the best size pattern with which to construct your garment. When comparing measurements for instock items, you should allow room for ease and growing room. Usually about 1", but could be more or less depending on fabric, style, or child's age.
The following measurements and additional information are often requested.
Height: From top of head to bottoms of feet.
Weight: An approximation is fine.
Chest: Usually measured just beneath the armpits (around the child's body).
Waist: Most of my clothing is made to sit on the waist (as opposed to the hips which is normal for adults). This measurement should be the true waist.
Sleeve Length: Taken from shoulder to wrist (or wherever the hem of the sleeve will sit).
Inseam: From crotch to ankle (or wherever the pants hem will end). The inseam measurement should be taken with the diaper on, if the child is still in diapers.
Shirt or Dress Length: Taken from shoulder to shirt or dress hem.

Care:
All of our items are lovingly hand-sewn on top of the line sewing equipment; however, your Patchwork Pixie garments should be treated as delicate. For this reason, we strongly recommend hand-washing or machine washing on the gentle cycle in cold water and laying flat to dry. All product warranties are void if items were improperly washed.
Returns:
We will gladly accept exchanges on unwashed, unworn items if the reason for return is workmanship or product defect. Please email before you ship any return items to be sure that you are eligible for return. Any items returned without prior authorization will be forfeited you in our favour.
Please review listed measurements for each item before buying. While your Patchwork Pixie garment will be sized (with an appropriate size label), some measurements may vary so please check the garment's measurements against your child's.
Patchwork Pixie is not responsible for repairs or stated policies if item is purchased second hand.
There are NO exchange on clearance items. Additionally, custom orders may also be denied for exchange if sizing is not standard enough to be eligible for resale.

~Paypal: We accept instant cash transfers and Credit Card Payments through Paypal.
Shipping:
Shipping is FREE! That's right, all prices include shipping and delivery confirmation. Customers outside of the Domestic US may be asked to supplement shipping costs, directly related to the costs for shipping the items. Insurance is not automatically added to any purchases, so if you wish to insure your package, please be sure to request this. I cannot be responsible for packages once they leave my hands. Instock items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment. All custom orders are first come, first served. You will be given an approximate turn-around time when you place your order. Please keep in mind that we are a family business and that comes first. While we place you, the customer, in our highest regard, understand that problems, sicknesses, and delays can happen. However, please let us know if you do not feel that your order is being processed in the manner in which you expect.
